Most field service shops already have the raw material. Quotes arrive through email, technicians write on work orders, and spreadsheets carry the office lists that never fit anywhere else. The problem appears when one person has to search all of them during a busy day.
We have not shipped this yet for a general field service shop, though the price and scope match the Second Brain work we’ve already built for a trade.
What we ingest
We read the firm’s existing documents. The archive can include quotes, completed work orders, safety records, equipment manuals and customer notes. Each source keeps its original file, date and useful job details.
A private assistant answers from that history. Office staff can ask for a past job with similar access or find the document that states a customer’s billing rule, and the answer links back to the source for review.

Second Brain takes about a week at a fixed price. We ingest every document you want available and set up the private assistant for your firm.
The first archive can expose one missing workflow around email, spreadsheets or your accounting tool. If you choose Missing Piece within 90 days, the Second Brain payment can become credit toward that work. The custom build takes 3 to 6 weeks.
You receive a handoff document and own the finished workflow. Hosting is billed at cost up to the monthly cap. Each later change has a flat feature price, with no retainer.
