1. Who We Are
ArborAI is an automation studio working out of Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. We build back-office automation for small and mid-sized businesses. Email us at info@arborai.com with anything you want to ask.
2. What This Site Is
This is a marketing site. It describes what we do and gives you a way to reach us. Once you hire us, a signed Statement of Work (SOW) governs the work. Where these terms and your SOW disagree, your SOW wins.
3. Acceptable Use
Don't scrape this site, and don't abuse or misuse it or the contact forms. Leave our security features alone, which means you must not reverse engineer, circumvent or disable any of them. Getting into systems or services you have no right to is prohibited.
4. Intellectual Property
The text, the design and the code on this site belong to ArborAI. Send us a message through a contact form and you license us to use it for one purpose: replying to you and providing services. Anything you give us stays yours, and we get your permission to process it for those purposes.
5. No Warranty, Limited Liability
You get this site "as is", with no warranty. ArborAI carries no liability for loss, damage or any claim that comes out of using it. Our total liability for this marketing site is capped at CAD $100. Your signed SOW sets the liability terms for the commercial work itself.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The laws of Ontario, Canada govern these terms. The courts of Ontario hold exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
7. Changes to These Terms
We can update these terms whenever we need to. When a change matters, we update the "Last Updated" date at the top. Keep using the site and you accept the new terms.
