Let your POS and old files answer together.
For restaurant shops that already use a POS, spreadsheets and email. We can turn the documents behind your kitchen into a private Second Brain.
What Your Tools Hold
Answers Live Across Several Tools
The POS knows each sale. Supplier terms sit in email, while recipes and stock counts can live in separate sheets.
Friday Questions Reach One Person
Staff ask the owner because the answer exists somewhere in the kitchen's files and nobody can find it during service.
Old Decisions Lose Their Context
A menu change or supplier swap made sense when it happened. Months later, the reason can be buried in an email thread.
What We Build Around Them
Document and Export Ingestion
We can ingest POS exports, supplier documents, recipes and the spreadsheets you already keep. The original files remain the source.
Private Kitchen Assistant
Staff can ask about the stored history in plain English. Each useful answer can point back to the file that supports it.
Missing Piece Credit
If the archive reveals one workflow worth building, your Second Brain payment can roll into Missing Piece within 90 days.
A restaurant already runs on several useful tools. The POS records sales and menu items. Spreadsheets can hold food costs or prep sheets, while email carries supplier terms and repair history. A Second Brain reads the documents you choose and gives the shop one private assistant grounded in that material.
We have not shipped this yet for a restaurant kitchen, but it’s scoped from the documents a kitchen actually keeps and priced the same way as our other Second Brain work.
What we ingest
We start with the files you use today. That can include POS exports, supplier invoices, recipes, training notes and stock sheets. Email attachments can join the same archive when they contain a useful agreement or service record.
The source files stay available on their own. If a cook asks which recipe version applies to the current menu, the assistant can point to the stored document behind its answer, and staff keep control of orders and POS changes.
What we build around your tools
Second Brain is a fixed-price first step that takes about a week. We ingest every document the restaurant wants included, then set up a private assistant that answers from that history.
If one missing workflow becomes clear, the Second Brain payment can become credit toward Missing Piece for 90 days. Missing Piece covers one custom workflow around the POS, spreadsheets or email. It takes 3 to 6 weeks, ends with a handoff document and belongs to the restaurant.
Hosting is billed at cost up to the monthly cap. Changes after handoff have a flat price per feature. There is no retainer.
